A few ways you can address other males.
Notice that on the surface these things appear friendly and harmless but it they are slightly value deflating to those you are speaking to and will turn all eyes and blouses in your direction.

“Hey chief can you help me with this?”
“What’s up boss?”
“My man!”
“Thank you, sir.” when thanking a guy
Notice that these are the way bosses, big brothers, high-status males address those that are their subordinates. It is very friendly and you can’t be demonized for being mean, however the context of these phrases suggests that you are on a higher plane. People and women will respond to you accordingly and be more attracted to you.
